Terms Of Service

General Terms
XLNT Français provides online French tutoring services designed to help students improve their language skills, including preparation for DELF A1-B1 certifications. Sessions will take place on platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or any other agreed-upon online platform.

Scheduling and Duration
Tutoring sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability and agreement. Each session will last either 1 or 2 hours and will be held 3 times a week. To reschedule a session, students must notify XLNT Français at least one hour before the scheduled start time.

Fees and Payment
Tutoring fees are set at ₦60,000 per month for one-hour sessions and ₦120,000 per month for two-hour sessions. For other arrangements, our hourly rate is ₦5,000. Payments are to be made in advance, either bi-weekly or monthly, based on the agreed payment plan. All payments are non-refundable, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually and to actively participate during lessons. Consistent practice outside of tutoring sessions is essential for language progress. XLNT Français will provide all necessary learning materials, including notes, assignments, and audio recordings, and students are responsible for completing assigned tasks.

Tutor Responsibilities
XLNT Français is committed to delivering personalized lessons tailored to the unique needs and goals of each student. Sessions will be conducted in a professional, engaging, and supportive environment. Regular feedback on progress and performance will be provided to ensure students stay on track with their learning goals.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students are required to notify XLNT Français at least one hour in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions missed without prior notice will not be rescheduled, but those canceled appropriately will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Confidentiality
All personal and academic information shared during tutoring sessions will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Termination of Services
Either the tutor or the student may terminate the tutoring agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, unused prepaid sessions will be refunded.

Adjustment to terms and pricing
XLNT Français reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes before their next payment.
